Dolphin Ski Club is a family-run boat rental business based on Skala Beach, Skala, Kefalonia, Greece.

What we collect

When you request a booking or ask a question, we collect only the details needed to help you: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, preferred rental date, number of people in your group, the boat or activity you are interested in, whether you hold a boat licence, and any optional note you choose to add.

How we use your information

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, check availability, confirm your booking, prepare the right boat, and give you the morning handling and safety briefing. We do not use your information for marketing unless you explicitly ask us to.

How we store it

Booking requests submitted through our website form are stored securely in our database so we can manage your enquiry. Messages sent via WhatsApp are stored on WhatsApp's servers and are subject to Meta's Privacy Policy. Email messages are stored by our email provider.

WhatsApp is our main booking channel. When you message us on WhatsApp, your message is processed by WhatsApp and its parent company Meta. We recommend reviewing the WhatsApp Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your data.
